Testimonials
I didn’t realise it is a coffee bean!” Even though I drink coffee every day, I didn’t know how the growth journey of a coffee bean looks like. I got this exploration in the Forest Therapy session held in Liona Nature Education Centre by Sacred Space Therapy and Wellness .
Although I was expecting the activity to be “lecture” style, it turned out to be “self-reflection” type, guided by Jerome Bautista, SHRM-CP, APTD , and it has allowed us to use our senses and experiences to feel the nature first-hand. Through this in-depth immersion, I have gained new insight into appreciating the creation of nature (we human included).
The session was well designed and organised, and the mixture of Forest Therapy and Fragrance Making complementing each other well, as well as the tea ceremony at the end of session as the closing remark. No matter if you have been to the nature before, I strongly recommend you to join Sacred Space’s Forest Therapy sessions so as to feel and reflect.
Even for a person who doesn’t hike like me, I started to get in touch more with nature through Forest Therapy with @sacredspacetherapyandwellness. Strongly recommended!
