What is Forest Therapy?
Forest Therapy promotes health and wellness through guided immersion in nature, inspired by Shinrin-yoku, the Japanese practice of “Forest Bathing.” Relational Forest Therapy™, a pioneering approach, deepens the reciprocal relationship between people and the natural world. Through slow, guided walks of 1-2 kilometers, participants of all ages and abilities are invited to slow down, open their senses, and connect with nature. Open-ended invitations encourage personal experiences without expectations, fostering meaningful interactions with the environment. Guides are not therapists; instead, nature itself supports wellness and healing. This practice nurtures the well-being of both participants and the Earth.

Group Walks
Come join us for a walk in nature. While Hong Kong is more known as a financial hub of the world, there are some beautiful places where you can slow down, breathe, connect, and just be. We offer weekly Forest Therapy walks where you can do just that.

Private Walks
Would you like to have forest therapy as a part of your special event? Whether it’s a loved one’s birthday, a family gathering, a reunion, a special occasion, or you would like a private guide while you’re on holiday in Hong Kong, we can partner with you to make your event in nature a memorable one and filled with connection.

Corporate & Nonprofit Engagement
Whether your workplace is planning a retreat, team bonding, or want to incorporate nature into your wellness plan, we can work with you to meet your organization’s needs. We can also work with nonprofits to understand your client’s needs and see how Forest Therapy could be a part of a therapeutic plan.

Remote Walks
Not able to join us in person? Have difficulties getting to places? Forest therapy can be very effective over zoom. We aim to meet the accessibility and preferences of all those interested in this practice.
