About The Event
Forest Therapy x Music Therapy
After some discussion with our podcast guest, fellow music therapist and friend Hugo, the idea of doing a forest therapy mixed with music therapy session came about. Shortly after, our creative energies came together and two pilot sessions emerged.
In the beginning of April we held the pilot sessions in different areas, Tai Po Kau Nature Reserve and Tai Tam Reservoir. We invited a select group of music therapists, therapists, vocal coaches, and music lovers to co-create beautiful nature inspired music in the midst of the forest. Mother nature allowed us to settle our thinking minds and engage our hearts and intuition. The creativity and music just flowed from there. It was a memorable experience that we will refine and eventually offer to the public. We're super grateful for all that came to help us test it out. Stay tuned if you'd like to try it out yourself!
Highlights That Made This Event Unforgettable
01
The Power of Synergy
After a year of planning, the collaboration between forest therapy and music therapy finally came to life. By merging these two practices, the session created a unique space where nature’s tranquility and musical expression worked together to foster deep, holistic healing.
02
Craft Your Own Fragrance
Natural Creative Flow
Set in the serene landscapes of Tai Po Kau and Tai Tam, the environment helped participants silence their "thinking minds." This allowed a natural, intuitive creativity to take over, resulting in beautiful, nature-inspired music co-created by therapists and music lovers alike.
03
A Permission to Stop
A core highlight of the experience was the rare opportunity for participants to simply "stop." Moving away from the stress of daily patterns and strenuous exercise, the session provided a sanctuary where guests felt safe to be still and be taken care of.
04
A Perfect Setting
Heart-Centered Recharging
The experience was designed to help participants reconnect with their hearts and intuition. By "borrowing the power of Mother Earth," attendees were able to find inner peace and leave feeling mentally and emotionally recharged, ready for a fresh start.

Testimonial
When you find yourself not having personal space in your daily life, or you have gotten into a pattern that only stresses you out, and you lack the motivation to leave the house, join this experience. This is not strenuous exercise to train your body to work harder, not a hike, not to push yourself to the limit. This is yourself giving yourself permission to just stop. Borrow the powers of nature and Mother Earth to give your body what it needs. Recharge and allow yourself to be taken care of by others. This is what this experience offers you. ~ Gladys H.
